Summary: The Duncan family's lives change dramatically with the arrival of a new baby sister, especially for the three older kids, Teddy, Gabe and P.J., as they deal with managing their own lives as well as help with Charlie.Teddy's friend wins an audition to sing the national anthem at a Denver Nuggets basketball game, but Teddy is forced to take her place when her pal gets stage fright at the last minute.
